It's a short walk or tuk-tuk to the beach, not beachfront. The upside is a quieter spot by the station and town — the beach, Galle Fort and cafes are a quick tuk-tuk ride.

The two apartments share the garden. Separate entrances and private verandahs, but the courtyard is shared.
